Shipping 

Prints ship directly from our U.S. production facility, and original oil paintings ship from our Colorado studio. We will share estimated ship dates at confirmation and align delivery with your project timeline. Tracking details are provided once your order leaves the facility. 

Packaging 

All work is professionally packed to protect corners, surfaces, and glazing. Please inspect packaging upon delivery before unwrapping. 

Returns & Exchanges 

Each order is made to order. All sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges. 

Damaged or Defective Items 

If an item arrives damaged or with a production defect, keep all packaging and contents. Contact us within 48 hours with your order number, a brief description, and photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a prompt replacement. 

Order Changes & Cancellations 

We begin production shortly after confirmation. If your order has not entered production, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once in production, changes are limited and may not be possible. 

Address Changes 

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes are not guaranteed once a shipment is in transit. 

Lead times 

Lead times vary by size, framing, quantity, and material availability. We will provide an estimated schedule at confirmation and keep you updated through final delivery.
