Terms of Use & Conditions of Sale 

These Terms of Use and Conditions of Sale (the “Agreement”) are a legal agreement between you (“you,” “buyer,” or “client”) and Lnh Art Collective LLC (“Lnh Art Collective,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website, submitting an inquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. 

We may update this Agreement from time to time by posting a revised version on the site. Your continued use of the site or services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the changes. 

1) Site and Eligibility 

Our website is a platform to view, inquire about, and purchase artwork and related services. You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a legally binding contract to place orders. You are responsible for all activity under your account and for ensuring the accuracy of information you provide. 

2) Ordering Process (Trade-Focused, Guided) 

Our site uses a guided ordering process rather than a one-click cart. After you submit an order or inquiry, our team will confirm specifications (work selected, sizes, framing, substrates, quantities), provide shipping options and timelines, and clarify logistics before payment is processed and production begins. We may decline or cancel any order at our discretion (for example, in the event of suspected fraud or material errors). 

3) Prices, Taxes, and Payment 

• Prices. Prices are listed in U.S. Dollars and may change without notice until an order is confirmed. 
• Taxes and fees. You are responsible for all applicable sales, use, VAT/GST, duties, and similar taxes and charges. Where required by law, we will collect tax at checkout or upon invoicing. 
• Payment. We accept payment via credit/debit card, ACH, or wire transfer through third-party payment processors. Payment must be received in cleared funds prior to production unless otherwise agreed in writing. 
• Deposits. Certain orders (e.g., custom or large-scale) may require a non-refundable deposit. If applicable, deposit terms will be stated on your invoice 

4) Changes, Cancellations, and Final Sale 

• Change window. We begin production shortly after confirmation. If your order has not entered production, we will do our best to accommodate changes or cancellations. Once in production, changes are limited and may not be possible. 
• Final sale. Because each piece is made to order, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges, except for damage or production defects as described in Section 6. 

5) Production, Packaging, and Shipping 

• Production partners. We work with trusted U.S. production and framing partners to fulfill orders to professional standards. 
• Packaging. All works are professionally packed for transit. 
• Shipping. We will provide an estimated ship date and tracking once available. Title and risk of loss generally transfer upon delivery to the shipping address you provide. If a carrier requires signature and none is available, re-delivery or pickup may be required and may incur additional fees. 
• International. International shipping (if available) may involve duties, taxes, and import fees due upon delivery; these are your responsibility. 

6) Damaged or Defective Items 

Please inspect packaging on delivery and retain all materials. If an item arrives damaged or with a production defect, contact us within 48 hours at hello@lnhartcollective.com with your order number, a brief description, and clear photos of the product and packaging. We will review and, when appropriate, arrange a prompt replacement or other suitable remedy. Failure to notify us within the stated time may limit available remedies. 

7) Custom and Large-Scale Orders 

For custom sizes, substrates, framing, or large-scale solutions, we will confirm feasibility, timelines, and pricing during the guided ordering process. Certain custom elements may affect lead times and shipping methods. Custom specifications approved by you will govern production. 

8) Intellectual Property 

All images, designs, text, artwork previews, graphics, and other content on the site are owned by Lnh Art Collective or our artists and partners and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from our content without prior written permission. Purchase of a work does not include any copyright or reproduction rights unless expressly granted in writing. 

9) Acceptable Use 

You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, attempt to access non-public areas, or use automated means to scrape or copy content. You will not use the site for unlawful purposes or to infringe rights of Lnh Art Collective, artists, partners, or other users. 

10) Disclaimers 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the site and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as expressly stated in an order confirmation or certificate of authenticity, we make no warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation of the site. 

11) Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lnh Art Collective will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including lost profits, revenue, or data), arising out of or related to your use of the site or purchase of any work, whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim. 

12) Indemnification 

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Lnh Art Collective and our members, officers, employees, agents, and partners from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of your breach of this Agreement or misuse of the site or services. 

13) Governing Law and Venue 

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Denver County, Colorado will have exclusive jurisdiction and venue over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your use of the site and services. 

14) Miscellaneous 

If any provision of this Agreement is found unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to be enforceable, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force. Our failure to enforce any right is not a waiver. Section headings are for convenience only. You may not assign your rights or obligations under this Agreement without our prior written consent; we may assign in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
